Thus, we are looking for 3 estate / probate attorneys per state to be the recipients of probate referrals that we will give out in the future.

The EstateSettlement.com network of sites gets over 250,000 Estate and Probate visitors (potential clients) per year.

The rules are the following:

ESTATE ATTORNEYS THAT PAY FOR LISTINGS GET THE FIRST CALL FOR THE REFERRAL IN THEIR STATE.

When we don’t have a paid Attorney referral relationship, we will go this HOT LINE list I am now hereby creating.

There is no cost to receive the first referral. But if we think the referral has benefited you and you have no interest in joining our paid network, we reserve the right to delete or ban you from my network (for life).

If we attempt to contact you with a referral, time is of the essence.

Prospective clients do not want to wait days for a call back. For this reason, we expect attorneys to contact clients the same day that I give them the referral.

If we can’t reach the first person on the list via telephone we will move on the 2nd and 3rd referral relationship.

If people are consistently hard to reach, they will be dropped for the referral list. So give us your full contact info including cell phone and have staff available to make contact with the prospective clients.
